This number has called my cell phone for 2 days so far. They never leave a message. You'd think if it was a debt collection that they'd leave a message.

Got a call from them today. They were looking for me presumably since they knew my name, but they asked if my current address was the one I had on file...I told them no (It hadn't been for over 4 years) and they hung up. No idea what they wanted.

I didn't answer but looked up this number here. I don't answer numbers I do not recognize. I have a credit balance on my Paypal account and haven't used eBay in a couple years. I can take money out, so why they are calling is a mystery!

I called them back after reading these entries. The collection agency had my name and home address also. They said I had a negative paypal balance. BUT I DONT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT! They said take it up with Paypal so I did. Someone ID thefted me, apparently. Paypal said they would research and if I didn't do it they would notify the collection agency.(How in the heck are they going to figure that out??) I told them their Co s*cks cause they allow people to setup fraudulent accts using innocent people's name address and home phone . THIS COULD BE HAPPENING TO SOME OF YOU!! Jay

They are already blocked. Everytime they try the get the disconnect message. Their recording can talk to my recording :)
Even thought you may have blocked this number, they change the number every 2 weeks. I have a negative balance of $30 on my PayPal and they have gone through 3 numbers trying to get me to pay it back. I refuse, as it was not me who spent the money.
They call all the time. It is extremely annoying. They are some sort of telemarketing or agency that seems very sketchy. Need to block this number!
